Butt Hip and Thigh Makeover is a series of fitness DVDs, created by a guy named Joey Atlas. He has a master’s in exercise physiology. His specialty seems to be helping women get their lower bodies into the shape they want it to be in.
Whether you have a bigger lower body (butt, hips and thighs) or you have skinny legs and a flat butt, you can ‘fix’ the problem.
No matter what your lower body issue is, Joey’s approach is to have women do very similar lower body exercise regime. Because we all want a toned, cellulite free lower body.
The coolest thing about the DVD program is that there are 3 different DVDs designed for women’s different shapes: 1) Fat reduction and slimming, 2) Cellulite reduction and toning & 3) Building, shaping and lifting.
While the exercises are more geared toward women, men can do them, if they are just looking to have lean muscular legs. If a man wants the bulkier look, Joey has a set of DVDs called ‘Athletic Legs For Men’.
You can get the exercises done in about 30 minutes and many people have commented on the fact that they some significant results pretty quickly.
I have to stress that there is no perfect behind or pair of legs. What looks good to you, may not look good to someone else. So ladies, if you have a big bottom, learn to work with it. You will want to do the ‘Fat reduction and Slimming’ DVD. Mine is on the smaller side (but not flat) and I know that it will never be perfectly round…I love it anyway! I can do exercises to give it some size, though. So, if that’s your issue as well go for the ‘Building, shaping and lifting’ DVD.

-I like Joey’s simple approach. He is right and he isnot cocky about it. It really doesn’t take lots of heavy weight to get results. I know this, myself because I don’t always use weights (for my lower body) and when I do, they are light. And I have been working out successfully, from home, for a while.
