The benefit is that they will get your heart rate up and you will burn more calories than by doing conventional isolation exercises. -Great for a beginner because you may not know where to start and with this manual, you are given a guide that helps you in the three main areas the you have to focus on, to get results: Diet, workouts and fat burning (in this case it’s done through the workouts, instead of by doing cardio alone.)
-This book is an E book. An E book is an electronic book. You just download it and you can view it from your computer or print off pages. I like to print off the exercise pages. (This may not be a ‘con’ for you..I prefer tangible books, though.)
-I believe that men and women should work out differently (based on 5 years of experience). Ladies, this absolutely doesn’t mean that this book is not for you. You can just modify the weights to a lighter version. After all, women do a lot of the same exercises as men do, we just need to go lighter and possibly modify the repetitions and # of sets.
I am a picky individual and have heard people push so much crap, when it comes to fitness. Well, this book gets my thumbs up!
