Consuming fruits and vegetables every day is a new thing for me. My reasons and probably also the reason of many others, is because I do not like fruit and vegetables. Even if there are pieces that I like, its prices are usually quite expensive. Vegetables? If there are meat or fish at the dinner table, so that vegetables would I not take. That was I am first.
