“Love is blind”, that is what many people say. headache It will make a person in charge to enter a state of great happiness and comfort in where would affect life to go greater or worst. So, how could this love makes you stress headache ? the answer is simple, when your love level is draining out. You just feel not comfortable anymore, and you will start to look her/him in different way
What makes this love draining out from us ? below are some of my thinking :
- You don’t love your mate anymore or vice versa
I wish this is not happening, but when it is, you should prepare for a great battle between your self and the situation of being uncomfortable, weird and bored. I suggest you to get rid of this problem ASAP. Talk to your mate, tell what you are feeling, hopefully you both could figured out a solution and keep going, or else broke up.
- You have a new focus in life and your mate can’t understand that.
What I am talking about is that you have a situation that make you can’t spend sometime to meet, i.e. you have a new project at work, you have a new business to try, but your mate will always upset you. This is bad. and you would better consider to talk to your mate seriously.
- You have a terrible financial situation (believe it or not)
Money is not everything, but everything needs money. This is so true in fact it is the crucial part in your love life. What would you do if you have no money to spend for your lovely person when he/she is sick, or having terrible disease ? Could you imagine that ? It is so damn hurting. Please understand this my love.
- You are getting bored, Why ? you can figured out yourself
How to make this no longer cause your headaches ?
- Find something you like to do, do things you can’t do when you were together, do you hobbies, playing game you desire for a long time
- Read your favorite books; it could also your favorite old books
- watching news, videos; watch what happening to this world while you are staying away from your mate or in a conflict will make your mind divert to something else.
- do some exercise, have a relax jogging will freshen your body and mind
- drinks more water, eat more fruit
- take your noon sleep; this is so good.. your best chance to recover your body and your headache.
- be socialize. go and meet your friends, chat with them in facebook, twitter. interact with them. who knows that they are missing you so badly.
