Here’s a sample of the websites:

The creator of WorkoutPass is Ryan Lee. He is one of the top trainers online and is a personal trainer to the other personal trainers. His approach in fitness is to gives good, honest advice.
I would sign up for the free e mails. He gives you sample exercises that cover different areas of the body. What’s cool is that there is an animated guy who illustrates the exercises. You get one e mail daily, so it’s very easy to practice the exercises as you receive them, or you can save it for later.
-Having so many workouts to choose from is something that you won’t get in a gym. The versatility in and of itself is worth the price. I get bored in my workouts so having options is a good thing.
-There are members only forums for support. This is great for social networking or exchanging fitness tips.
-You can listen in on tele seminars and conference calls and learn from top athletes and trainers.
-You don’t have to look all over the Internet for workouts. They come to you.
-There is just a onetime fee, so you don’t have to worry about being charged every month.
-There are a ton of bonuses when you join.
-Much, much cheaper than a trainer!
-No gym. Work out at home, in your time frame.
-Whereas a personal trainer is going to tell you exactly what to do, based on your needs, with Workoutpass it’s up to you to decide what you need to do to get results. However, if you are not new to fitness or are a seasoned athlete, this won’t be a problem.
-For the beginner, you will need advice on nutrition as well, and Workoutpass is strictly workouts. You can, of course get your nutrition advice elsewhere.
No matter where you are in fitness, I’d go check out Workoutpass!
