Workouts That Save Time & Produce Results:
One of the major excuses that people give to avoid working out is that they don’t have time. Well, there is a program out there that ‘helps’ you get over that issue.
Turbulence Training is a fitness program, created by Craig Ballantyne. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist who has done tons of research concerning the best way to lose fat and gain muscle.
The whole principal of this program is that cardio really doesn’t produce results as far as fat loss and muscle gain. Strength training is the only way to get real, lasting results. He has designed a program in which the workouts can be done in 3-45 minute sessions a week.
The workouts consist of interval training. Interval training is short bursts of intensive exercise combined with easier, slower activity. The great thing about interval training is that your body burns more fat between workouts because your metabolism is boosted. And you’re building muscle because of the kind of workouts you’re doing.
All that is needed for the workouts is an exercise ball, dumbbells and a bench. There If you haven’tsigned upfor my newsletters, click here. You’ll get tons of free info. to aid you in your diet & fitness journey. Remember-you can cancel at any time.
are no machines. The workouts are done at home, so there’s no worrying about having to go to the gym at the non-busy time of the day!
The program comes in an e book, so you can download it immediately and get started. There are over 26 weeks worth of workouts , for the beginner or advanced individual. Also included is a one hour MP3 audio, which goes over all the details of the workouts, and pictures of the exercises.
I think that interval training can be fun, because you have no chance to get bored. You stay motivated and you’re not looking at the clock wondering when your workout will be over. (Hey, we all do that from time to time.)

Every fitness program needs to have nutrition guidelines as well. One of the bonuses that you receive when you purchase Turbulence Training is a book called Fat Loss Nutrition Guidelines, by Dr. Chris Mohr, a highly respected Dietitian.
I always like to list positives and things that could be a negative for you.
-Clearly, you are saving a lot of time. 3 days a week is not a lot.
-Interval training burns a ton of calories, so you really don’t need cardio.
-You will feel good and (nicely) fatigued after this kind of workout.
-There are some pretty cool bonuses: Fat Loss Nutrition Guidelines, Dumbbell and Body weight Exercise Program, Turbulence Training For Women, and more.
-It is an e book (as are thebonuses) so you can download it immediately.
-If you want to be lean and chiseled, this is for you. Craig has other programs for gaining muscle.
-Many fitness programs cater more toward men, but since this program is more for gaining definition and a lean look, it is ideal for women.
-This program is not about isolation exercises. I will put this as simply as possible: How you choose to work out is up to you. If you choose to use light weight and do high rep’s, then go for it. I personally do get results from doing high repetitions and light weights. I don’t think that anyone can argue with my results. However, it’s good to mix things up.
-If you are a die hard cardio fan, this is not for you. I think that a person would either want to stick to this program or do their own. Because the workouts are intense, you really would be too tired for cardio and it kind of defeats the purpose. Doing this program and lots of cardio would be counter-productive.
-If you love machines, you may not like this program, as it uses no machines.
