When it comes to fitness and nutrition most people don’t know where to begin. What should you eat? What kind of workouts should you do and how often? How can you stay motivated?
I completely understand how it feels when you are first trying to change your lifestyle to a healthier one. You have more questions than answers and it can be overwhelming.
I understand that most people need guidance. They need personal trainers, books and diet plans. For some reason I wasn’t created this way. I have spent the last five years answering my own questions through trial and error. Anything that seemed worthwhile I studied and tried. I am sure that you want results. So did I and I got them…my way. I believe that this happened so that that I could eventually teach others on a variety of fitness and nutrition aspects.
I would like to answer a lot of the questions people have in the quest to get healthy.
Even if you do know a little about fitness and nutrition, there’s always more to learn. So, if you aren’t a beginner, this is for you as well. After all, I am constantly learning new things to apply to my life and wouldlove to share those things with you!
I would like to share with you what I have learned through my workouts and diet in the last 5 years. I not only observed what worked for me, but I observed the people around me. I got to see what get results and what is a waste of time and energy. And, trust me, I am a determined woman. I set out to figure this ‘health’ thing out and I couldn’t be more proud of the results that I’ve achieved and what I learned.
