The Necessity Of Workouts:
I am sure you are aware of the statistic that proves that most people who diet and don’t exercise gain their weight back. I believe that this is partly because there is a lack of motivation involved. When you have a solid workout plan that you stick to, you become very protective of your results. Not only have you lost body fat, but you’ve gained muscle, which has many benefits, including increased energy, higher metabolism and increased confidence. As a result, you feel that you’ve earned your results and you’ll go to any extreme to maintain them. When you are simply dieting, you haven’t built muscle, which burns a lot of fat and to put it simply, you aren’t reaping near as many benefits as you would be if you had a good exercise program.
I talk in my newsletters about the importance of having a balance in your healthy lifestyle. The balance includes nutrition/balanced diet, weight training and a bit of cardiovascular/aerobic exercise. I also talk about the right way to determine your goals and come up with a plan that works for you as an individual.
I don’t like being left high and dry, do you? What good is advice if you can’t help someone with a plan of action. So, let’s get into the plan of action.

I feel that I have found the best products online, after combing the Web for months. I was picky and would never suggest something that I wouldn’t use myself. I tried to find products that I would have loved to have when I was first getting into shape. (These tools are, by far, not just for beginners though.)I absolutely do not recommend anything that contradicts health and the natural way our bodies work.
I strongly believe in the fitness products that I review. Ladies, if you are a beginner in fitness, one of your biggest fears is probably that you will get bulky. I don’t blame you! I am actually going to be working on a book, that deals with this topic. (Because,in all honesty, I have never seen anyone really deal with it-no one wants to acknowledge it!) My advice to those of you who have this ‘fear’ is to move forward anyway.
I recommend either choosing light weights and doing 4 sets of 15 repetitions. You will feel more like your muscles are being worked, but not fatigued. I have heard that you can also go with moderate weight, doing less repetitions and less sets. I haven’t tried this yet. Now, you cannot argue with results. I have been working out this way for years and when I am at my leanest I am very cut and defined. I will be posting a picture soon to prove that.
So, man or woman, I wish you luck in your fitness journey and hope that you find what you need to propel you to success. There is no feeling like the confidence you feel when you have achieved your fitness goals!
